this past week, the israeli occupation army had demolished 63 homes and structures in the west bank which had left 132 Palestinians homeless including 82 children. this is part of a larger plan by the israeli authorities to displace 7,000 Palestinians living in area C (which makes up 60% of the west bank) to make way for new [internationally unlawful] israeli settlements. it should also be noted that this is the highest number of people rendered homeless from demolitions in nearly three years.
